Domestic Animal Processing Price List

•  We are licensed to accept any domestic animal for custom processing.  
• We do not accept foul or poultry at this time.  
• Animals must be slaughtered prior acceptance as we are not licensed to slaughter at our location at this time.  
• We are not USDA Inspected
• We are not allowed to package your domestic animal for retail

Basic Domestic Processing includes your choice of:

• Burger
• Steaks/Chops
• Roasts

All Steaks/Chops and Roasts are Vacuum Sealed 

Burger is packaged in 1 lb. Poly Chubs and Sealed With Orange Tape

We offer a wide range of handmade sausages and smoked products.  Refer to our Price List for more information.  

We do have the ability to smoke additional products such as hams and bellies (bacon).  However, these services do cost an additional $2 per pound and may only be available to you depending upon the size of your animal.
