Quick facts about cuts & roasts

Depending upon your animal roasts will average between 2 and 4 pounds.

The more roasts you request, the fewer steaks we will be able to cut.

The number and weight of your roasts will depend upon the weight of your animal as well as the condition of your animal.

All Cuts and Roasts are boneless.

In order to ensure quality, we DO NOT make substitutions or changes to our Packaging Process.

We do not process Wild Game like a domestic animal therefore, you will not have access to all of the cuts you may have in a grocery store.
