Our Facebook Page will have the most up-to-date pickup hours.  


We have obtained approval from our Health Inspectors to remain open for pickups with the following requirements:

  1. Customers CANNOT enter our office, therefore you MUST have your invoice to pickup your order.
  2. Customers CANNOT enter our building.  Please ring the bell on the white post located outside of our office.
  3. No more than 4 customers/people may be gathered at one-time and customers must remain 6 feet apart.  
  4. We CANNOT accept drop-offs due to possible exposure to our staff.
  5. We can only have a limited staff operating at this time so phone calls and/or messages may not be returned for several days.  The best way to find out our hours or have questions answered is to visit our Facebook page.


Below you will find a list of orders that were completed this week.  


A LIST OF ALL COMPLETED ORDERS can be downloaded and viewed.  This list shows every order that is complete and ready for pickup.

You will pickup at the same location you placed your order at.

If no staff member is available to assist you when you arrive, please ring the bell and someone will be with you shortly.  


Wheat Ridge Poultry & Meats is a Retail Food Establishment and is NOT allowed by law to handle wild game.  All wild game questions or assistance can only be offered by

Your Part I Pickup Date is listed on your Invoice and was reviewed with you at the time of drop-off.  Please plan on picking up on this day as storage fees will begin to apply on the next business day.  


When your Part II is complete and ready for pickup, we will post your Invoice Number on this page and on our Facebook page.  


As a courtesy, we will also 

call completed Part II orders.


Once your Invoice Number has been posted, you will have 3 business days to pickup your order or a storage fee will begin to apply on the 4th business day.

If you are having another party pick up your order, they must either have the original invoice or a texted copy of it on their phone/email.

Storage Fees are an included part of your invoice/contract with us.  By leaving your animal with us, you are agreeing to our storage fees as well as any other terms.


You will be issued a pickup date at drop-off for Part I Orders.  These orders MUST BE PICKED UP on your assigned date or a storage fee of $5 PER DAY will begin to apply on the next business day.


Once you have been notified that your Part II order is complete, you will have 3 business days to pickup your order or a storage fee of $5 PER DAY will begin to apply 

on the 4th business day.


These fees are strictly enforced as we DO NOT have room to store your order and storing orders does not allow us to offer services to other hunters.

Orders that have not been picked up or claimed after 60 days from the first date of notification will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly 

WITHOUT REFUND!


It is your responsibility to ensure your order(s) are being picked up in a timely manner.

Completed orders will be posted on this page as well as on our Facebook page. 


Phone calls and emails inquiring about the status of orders will not be returned until the order is complete and ready for pickup.


On a yearly basis, we receive upwards of 2,000 animals.  Because our staff is working hard to complete each order by hand, we wait to return calls and emails regarding the status of orders until the order is complete.
