You will be assigned a pickup date for your Basic Processing at the time of drop-off. Basic Processing orders MUST BE PICKED UP on your assigned date or a storage fee will begin to apply.
Part II (Sausage, Jerky or Specialty Products) can take up to 16 weeks to complete. At the time of drop-off you will be given an estimated completion date. Once Part II Orders are complete, we will post those orders on this page as well as on our Facebook page. You may also subscribe to our status update email file to ensure you receive notification in a timely fashion.
Once your Part II Order is complete, you will have 3 business days to pickup your order or a storage fee will begin to apply on the 4th business day.
You will pickup at the same location you dropped off at.

You MUST have your Invoice with you in order for your products to be released to you. If you are unable to pickup your order, please provide your original invoice, a copy of the invoice, or a photo (on phone) to the party who will be picking up your order. We will not release any order unless we have an invoice.
We DO NOT file orders by name, we file by INVOICE NUMBER so it is very important for your to keep this document.

Your Part I (Basic Processing) MUST BE PICKED UP on your assigned date or a $5 per day storage fee will begin to apply on the next business day.
Your Part II Order will consist of any Sausage, Jerky or Specialty Products you ordered. These products are made by hand using your meat and therefore take longer to complete. Part II Orders can take up to 16 weeks to complete depending upon the season your dropped off in and what you ordered. Once your Part II order is complete, we will post your Invoice Number on this page, our Facebook Page and General E-Mail.
Once your order number has been posted, you will have 3 business days to pickup or a $5 per day storage fee will begin to apply on the 4th business day.
Because, we process so many animals during the seasons, we do not have room to store orders. We charge storage fees as part of contract because storing orders leaves no room for other hunters who wish to use our services. The storage fees listed and pickup dates and times are strictly enforced.
Orders that have not been picked up or claimed after 60 days from the date of first notification will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly WITHOUT REFUND. Per Colorado law, we are required to hold orders for 60 days then donate, sell to recover any losses or return the order to the Division no later than June 30th each year.
We will cold store an animal at a rate of $50 per day. Some hunters use our cold storage service as a way to age meat in a proper environment.
If you have decided to cancel your order or you do not have the necessary licenses/tags, we will cold store your carcass for NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS at a rate of $50 per invoice. If your animal has not been picked up within 24 hours, we will consider it abandoned and notify the Division.
As orders become abandoned, we will either sell to recover any losses, donate or return the meat to the Division. Should any orders become available, we will notify customers on our Facebook Page.
