IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPOINTMENTS
EVIDENCE OF SEX
Evidence of Sex that is naturally attached to the largest portion of the carcass or boneless meat is required. If you do not have Evidence of Sex, please visit CPW for a certificate that authorizes us to process your order without Evidence of Sex. We will NOT refund appointment fees if evidence of sex is missing.
CARCASS TAGS
A fully executed Carcass Tag is required on all orders over 20 lbs. We accept E-Tags and Ranch Tags for animals harvested in other states or on private property.
WHAT WE ARE ACCEPTING
We are accepting CLEAN:
- Whole Carcasses, Quarters, and FRESH Boneless Meat
We DO CHARGE Cleaning Fees. These fees will be charged at the discretion of the cutter and may result in a lower yield.
We reserve the right to refuse your carcass/meat if it does not meet our standards. Please note, your appointment fees will NOT be refunded in the event your carcass/meat is refused.
FEES
We charge CLEANING, STORAGE, and SKINNING FEES.
